This might seem like an undertaking like i said earlier; it’s a must ,
it may seem like an undertaking but you will later find out that you have
become a master communicator by default.
The greatest component of
communication is a simple fact that ha been known for centuries, the learned

is LISTENING. As an old saying goes; we have two ears and one mouth so
that we can listen twice as much as we speak this every successful leader
should have to grow to the peak of his/her business.
RESPECT
RESPECT: The first thing
all prospect will do is to look at you and ask themselves; to respect Are you the type of person I respect? Do I
want to be in business with this person ? Trust me they will all come in to
conclusion In few seconds of meeting with you. It is equally important to have
respect for potential leaders and potential prospects and the potential leaders
that they will bring to your business. Respect doesn’t have to do with the
luxury car you drive, beautiful house you live in, designer clothes you wear ,
exotic vacation you enjoy, or the size of your bank account. Respect has to do
with your integrity, honesty, leadership, and very importantly it is knowing
that your purpose is to help them grow and become successful. Respect isn’t
bought, it is earned, therefore the ay you treat others is there will treat you
also. Therefore as a leader in network marketing ; lead by example and earn
respect , it is an attribute that cannot be acquired overnight, rather
overtime.
PASSION

is always easy to give and receive because it delivers positive feelings. No
one wants to feel or hear bad news, however, one can actually be the good news
which depends on the attitude of the giver and the receiver. A GOOD
LEADER WILL ALWAYS FIND A WAY TO TURN A NAGATIVE SITUATION INTO A POSITIVE ONE.
It is generally accepted that distributors rank consistently by so
doing there will be appreciated for work well done, but one of the reason why
distributors disengage from a business or company is lack of praise and
recognition.
